"Many of us secretly wish to be able to meditate and some of us believe that it is hard to meditate. Let us take a pause and ask ourselves if we really understand the meaning of the word "Meditation"? I invite you all for a talk on Meditation in which we will discuss what Meditation is according to the science of Yoga, how it works, and how it helps us. You can be one of those who have never experienced meditation or maybe a regular meditator, You may or may not follow any philosophy. There is really no qualification needed, just a little bit of interest and open-mindedness will do!
I invite you all to this four-day workshop, scheduled in the evenings,
8th February, Wednesday - 5 PM - Talk on "What is Meditation all about?"
10th February, Friday- 5 PM - Meditation experience session 1
11th February, Saturday - 8 AM - Meditation experience session 2
12th February, Sunday - 8 AM - Meditation experience session 3

Hello, my name is Yogita. I was born and raised in India. Professionally, I am trained as an Engineer. My interest is to know about the nature that surrounds me and the nature within myself. I am here in Czechia to learn how to study the nature that surrounds me. And I practice principles in Yoga to study my nature. My interest in Yoga started as a child and it grew more with age. I am lucky to find good teachers who train me in Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga. I practice Hatha Yoga to keep my body easy and light. And I follow the principles of RajaYoga for my mental and spiritual growth. I believe that Yoga is not just a set of exercises but it is a 'way of life. I believe in practices that are simple, and easy to do in our everyday life. I am happy to share everything that I learned from my teachers with the hope that it will help you to become a better version of yourself
